“Stayed in this short term for 4 weeks. We had no issues during our stay.
Location is excellent with a bus stop just a less than 1 mins walk away. You can take a bus to/from the CBD (edge of Thomas Street to end of Adelaide Terrace) within the free transit zone for free. The Bayswater Rental Perth office is within that FTZ or it is a max 10 mins walk to the Subiaco rental office from the last FTZ stop. Otherwise of course you can walk to/from the CBD or to Northbridge which we chose to do. If you have mobility issues, it is on the ground floor entrance from Malcolm Street but you will need to walk up/down the stairs to get to the rubbish bins and car park.
Apartment was very clean and nicely renovated with space in mind. Everything that is needed is included with a full equipped kitchen, washer/dryer combo, reverse cycle air con, closet space, wifi and little bits and pieces you may need (eg.numbrella, green shopping tote, extension cords). Bed is comfortable and much better than some mattresses we have slept on in hotels.
Check in and check out was very easy and Larissa was a pleasure to deal with. The key card is an excellent idea and makes your stay so much easier. The price is amazingly low for Perth especially considering the location.”

“The apartment was very clean and had plenty of facilities that helped me feel quite comfortable even away from home (TV, good wifi connection, water filter, washer/dryer, extra blankets, towels etc). The apartment was on the ground floor of the building so there were no issues with lugging suitcases up and down the stairs. I was visiting someone studying at UWA so the location was perfect for me – between the city (within the Free Transit Zone) and direct transport links to the University. The gorgeous King’s Park is also within walking distance (if you don’t mind the upslope), or just a bus ride away. Harbour Town (shopping haven!) is only a few stops away on the Green CAT. Truly an awesome location, and at a much more wallet-friendly price than other options in the city.
