A stroll in one direction will take you to the heart of Perth; go the other direction to get to the city’s stunning botanical garden, Kings Park. Buses are free into the city from 45 Malcolm Street so you can jump on and off any bus that you like heading down St Georges Terrace.
Situated close and on the bus line to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH), St John of God Hospital, King Edward Memorial Hospital and The New Children’s Hospital, as well as Royal Perth and Hollywood Hospitals, and the University of Western Australia, our furnished short-term rentals will provide you with an ideally situated, comfortable base from which to work or travel.
Not everyone wants to dine out every night so you will be wanting a place you can shop that is close by. Well just down St Georges Terrace (a 15-minute walk or an 8-minute free bus trip) you will find Woolworths. Woolworths is a huge grocery department store well stocked with fresh food, cheeses, pasta’s international selections some clothing and even electrical items.

West Perth is an inner suburb of Perth. In the past, West Perth was an exclusive suburb for wealthy merchant and politicians but is now a mixture of office blocks and residential buildings. West Perth is a convenient location to base yourself in if you are needing quick access to Perth business centre.
There are a number of cafes on St Georges terrace open for breakfast and lunch and all are walking distance or can be reached by catching the 24 bus down to the terrace. There are some fantastic restaurants and bars in the city as well as pubs, a revolving restaurant and rooftop bars. Shafto Lane has cheap Japanese and an Irish pub. The food courts are open to 5 pm in the mall. Friday nights the city is alive and bustling with the mall open until 9 pm. Hay Street, King Street, Milligan Street and Murray street have a number of food and drink options and all within a 15-minute walk from the apartment.
